Who should not do the program?
Pregnant women. People with active cancer. If you have poorly controlled diabetes or severe disordered eating - you must be under the care of a specialist who approves of the program. Cardiac, kidney or liver disease - get doctor's approval. Diabetes - talk to your doctor and monitor your blood sugar closely. Thyroid and blood pressure meds should be monitored closely - be in contact with your doctor to make sure you do not become overmedicated as your body begins to self regulate.
